My question is if there&#039;s so much interest in non-motorized transportation how come it gets such a small slice of the pie? Why do we have senators arguing that biking is not a legitimate form of transportation? There seems to be a pretty big disconnect between what the professionals are interested in and what the government is interested in funding.]]></description>
