		<description>Because of some contoversy here in socal an interesting point came up at a recent meeting.  If multi-use paths are too appealing to walker/joggers they may drive that short trip to the path rather than walk around their own neighborhood.  So these paths in the long run could increase greenhouse gasses! Cyclists will usually ride to the path.</description>
