TIGER prowls again

Back in February the USDOT announced the recipients of the first round of TIGER grants. They have now opened up applications for TIGER II. Will the sequel be as good as the first? AmericaBikes has the breakdown of changes.

    What I don’t understand is how Tiger II was funded. Is there still stimulus money floating around? Or is this highway trust fund? Or what?

    TIGER II is funded through the FY 2010 Appropriation Act, whereas TIGER came from ARRA.
