I&#039;ve been sorta following the Anderson lawsuit and am glad that the San Francisco and its cycling community has finally put that fiasco behind it. For those interested in how environmental law can be a two-edged sword, I encourage you to go to the Streetsblog sites (see link at beginning of paragraph 2) and read up on it.

Meanwhile, good for SF! San Francisco has a long history of being a mecca of bicycling and this gets one more hurdle out of the way of further improvement.

BTW, kudos to the Bike League for this blog feature. Its been a great way to get caught up on all things cycling on the national level. Mahalo nui loa to whoever thought of this.]]></description>
