		<description><![CDATA[If Brazil as a country stands idle and does nothing about this heinous act, then perhaps they should not be allowed to hold either the World Cup or the Olympics.  
This event is certainly not good publicity to that fine &amp; emerging country.

Just a correction: that happened in Brazil. Porto Alegre and São Paulo are brazilian cities. But Colombia, Chile and Argentina are also supporting us with protests in their capitals. Bicycle unites.
