		<description><![CDATA[While I think this amendment is certainly an improvement we should get behind, I am not at all enthused seeing RTP and TE sub-allocated to our MPO. For one, much of Michigan&#039;s RTP money must be spent where the motorized trails are and that&#039;s not within the SEMCOG region. Second, I trust MDOT much more than SEMCOG when it comes to distributing TE funds, and our DNR when distributing RTP funds.]]></description>
